Life Moves Pretty Fast Sometimes...

Had a busy weekend. Finished the bathroom (in the morning light, it looks very 1950s turquoise), trimmed back rosebushes and geraniums that just don't know when to quit, and had a brief surprise visit from racerxmachina and roseembolism, who happened to be in the area. Also firmed up plans for Kyri to come visit us over Thanksgiving!

Tried to go see Wreck-It Ralph. Showings were sold out, so instead we got takeout and went home and I forced Wonderful Husband to watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Which he had never seen before. Which lack boggles me.

Have done my homework for tomorrow's civic duty. I just loooooove slogging through the arguments and rebuttals full of block capital paragraphs. On the other hand, I will honestly love it when, come Wednesday, the airwaves and my mailbox stop being flooded with political crap.
