Silk Scarves and Shiny Things

sakon76Last dance class for the session today; it starts up again next month. So Wonderful Husband went with me and I didn't do too badly at the class's choreographed dance. (For reference, we all knew the dance so well that Mara, the instructor, had to stop and pull out the instructions because she couldn't remember how the second half went either. ^_^;; We're usually much better than that.)
Ran errands, then went to the Orange County Gem Show, which was interesting. I will likely go again next year. My purchases were fairly modest this time, though. Mainly white pearls for one of those looooong 1920s necklaces, a silicon mat for future gluing of things, and two pendants, one of which is a blister pearl that Wonderful Husband thinks is horribly ugly, but which I think is neat and interesting. Our mileage varies. :) There were many things that I thought were pretty and interesting, but since I didn't have a specific purpose for them, I let them be. We'll see where I am the next time it comes around.
