Cartoon Rec!
Sep. 11th, 2015 02:38 pmOne of the best parts of fandom, and friendships born of it, is when you get to tell each other "Oh, I found this thing and it is so awesome! Have you heard about it? Let me introduce you!"
Except in this case, I wasn't the one who found it. Squiddle is allowed a certain amount of tablet time per day, which he spends cruising the infant/toddler/educational section of YouTube. (We click him away from Teletubbies whenever he comes across them, though.) And somehow he came across Masha and the Bear. Which is a Russian cartoon, apparently loosely based on a fairytale.
And it is GOOD. Wonderful Husband likes it. I like it. My parents were over this afternoon, and ended up watching some with Squiddle, and both of them enjoyed it too.
