Hammer(ed) Time

sakon76Wonderful Husband has been sick on-and-off (mostly on) since we got back. So has the Squiddle, though in his case it's mostly just a snotty nose.
This morning I woke up feeling like I'd been hit by a hammer. Two Advil and a lie-down later, it's not much better.
I think I'm missing my dance class this afternoon.
ETA: went to dance class, took another couple Advil, stayed away from the teacher and other students, and sat down when I started to feel a little dizzy toward the end. Am guessing I'm 50% actually sick and 50% under the influence of the Santa Ana winds.
