Such An Angeleno

One of the activities I do every week with the Squiddle is Mommy/Baby yoga on Thursdays. There usually aren't many people. In fact, several times (including the past two weeks) I've ended up getting a private lesson! But today there were four of us mommies and five babies (two of the latter being a set of twins).

One of the other mommies, who I quite liked, turns out to be a talent agent for children. I asked for her business information. (So did the instructor.) Because I've had several people coo over the Squiddle and ask if he does modelling. And I do think he is a relatively attractive child, and am not inherently adverse to him being in some print ads or television commercials.

The thing is, though, I'm not 100% sold on the idea. I don't want him to grow up spoiled or with an overinflated sense of his own importance. And I don't want to be one of those stage mothers. But on the other hand, it would be something new and different to try, might be fun, and might net a little bit of money to go into his college savings.

So I suppose I'll look at Heather's site, talk the idea over with Wonderful Husband and we'll see what consensus the two of us come to.

But there's this little voice in the back of my head whispering "You are such an Angeleno." :)
