Find it intriguing that I post ficsnips from my single most requested story and get no reaction except from seshat and that by prodding, but I post a philosophical pondering as to why RPS is bad and my friends are all over it.

I am NOT giving up my weekly dose of "Living." It makes me happy and it makes me feel more like a person who actually exists, and a human being, which is something very very few things in this universe can do. I'm marrying one of the other things with that ability.

Wonderful fiance also has the ability to check my urge toward Barbie collecting with a single sentence. It's one of the many reasons I adore him.

RPS is a real hot-button topic nowadays. Pretty much anyone who mentions it is going to get a flood of high-emotion responses, both positive and negative. I've seen enormous flame-wars on fandom_wank and the Ficbitches site, among others.

As for fic comments, I find that sometimes you get them and sometimes you don't. I've gotten no comments on "Minuet", and I didn't get comments for "Paper Moon" (which I feel is one of my better works) until years after it was posted.
