Things that are tedious: ripping out twelve rows of tiny stitch length stretched-out elastic shirring and one elastic band. But I really like this dress; it's colorful, it's comfortable, it's lightweight, and it's a style that looks good for late pregnancy. It's just unfortunately a dress that has lost all its snugness in the back. So to me it's worth the effort to repair.
To make this process seem somewhat less long, I'm going to pop in the DVD of How To Train Your Dragon. In honor of the first trailer for the sequel having come out this week. Which trailer, really, just led me to the conclusion that if Hiccup is so bored as to be inventing squirrel suits, he really needs to get off that island. Also, the "hero" shot at the end of the trailer irritates me, because that's not the Hiccup I liked from the first film. And I realize it's supposed to be four years later or whatever, but if he's turned into the hero type for the whole film, I'mma be really irritated.
ETA: Why is HTTYD the only "successful" Dreamworks film I've ever fallen in love with? The rest of the ones I adore (Rise of the Guardians, Monsters Vs. Aliens, and most especially The Road to El Dorado) are all the "financial failure" movies.
