Magical Skywater

.2" rain earlier this week. .9" today. I almost feel like I don't live in SoCal! Garden is very happy with all this skywater. The garlic and onions are poking their green leaves above the straw mulch much sooner than I'd expected....

We've had rain every day except Monday this week. I have been stagnating and not getting in my exercise. I wonder if there's a coincidence between rain and me not getting stuff done? Even on days that I spend entirely in the house? (I did sneak out yesterday afternoon during a break between storms to hack at the largest weeds, and prep containers for future habitation by summer veggies.)
