Oct. 6th, 2003 11:24 pmWhee! Dinner with Steph made up for the second chapel assessment I had today, which took *three* hours. Granted, I love the chapel, but the closest reception area doesn't blow my skirts up. There is also the option of the country club, the garden wedding area of which I also love, but again, the reception room doesn't thrill me. Maybe if its windows showed the panoramic view the club has... but no, they look out over the tennis courts and golf course.
OTOH, the first place I went to today was the Queen Mary, as suggested by fiance and his parents. The chapel was unexceptionable yet certainly not objectionable, while the reception rooms are fantastic. I think I will need to go back with my mother in tow and get her opinion.
Have started sending out e-mails seeking employment. Kowai.
