Sep. 24th, 2003 07:13 pmBooks are like potato chips, you can't have just one. So are M&Ms and episodes of good anime and many other things, including fabric.
My sewing/computer room is a testament to this belief. It horrifies my mother, who worries that I'm turning into the fabric packrat my grandmother is/was. [To date on the garage situation: 9 big black trashbags to the goodwill, 3 plastic storage tubs to my sister, 5+ to myself, and there's still one more box. This isn't even counting all the yarn and batting.] So, having at least marginally faced this realization about myself, I am doing things about it.
Specifically, at the moment I'm making a cloak for myself (been meaning to for years) out of a lovely green cotton-linen blend.
K-chan shiawase na no.
