Went to the gym for the first time tonight. 18 minutes each on the bike and elliptical, then something around twenty minutes plus on the treadmill; I'd stopped counting time at that point and was counting calories, deciding I'd stop at 500. Which was just about a minute before Wonderful Husband finished on the angled elliptical, so that was about right. My sports bra, shirt, and panties were soaked through. The shorts, being denim, fared slightly better. Somewhat unfairly, Wonderful Husband didn't sweat nearly as much as I did.

Also somewhat unfairly, exercise seems a turn-on for him while I came home needing an aspirin. But only one! So not very much of a headache. Hoping I just need to get used to this new demand on my body. Just think, tomorrow morning I get to get up and go dance for an hour!

And, yes, I know I need to do some weights and resistance training as well or whatever. Anyone have any advice? I'm probably going to go for a couple weeks just doing cardio stuff to get myself into the rhythm and habit first before changing it up and going upstairs to the weights....

ETA: Was listening to the first Transformers score while exercising. Came back and checked Amazon. The Score for Dark of the Moon, the only thing I want to do with that travesty? STILL doesn't have a physical release date. And I categorically do not do iTunes or whatever digital release they've given it. I want hardcopy dammit!
