Rewatched HTTYD tonight. God I love that film. Also confirmed that if I set a piece of popcorn on the sofa, Sushi will eat it. Given that I already knew he would eat any Shredded Wheat bits that fell on the floor at breakfast, this was not surprising.

Also skimmed bits of the first Transformers film, to verify how many generations there are between Sam and Archibald (great-great grandfather), and to refresh my memory on how Simmons refers to Mikaela ("hot criminal," for anyone else who may need it). Yes, this implies that reference to Archibald comes up in the next chapter of Deus Ex Machina, and that there's a Simmons scene. I love writing Simmons. He and Judy both are so utterly crack and over the top. They're fun.

Daisy used to eat popcorn. I originally thought she just liked the butter, but she would eat kernels that weren't buttered, either. My mother had a cat once who ate asparagus and cantaloupe. Cats are weird.
