Got hitted by [livejournal.com profile] cazcatharsis a few weeks ago, finally have the time/energy/headspace to respond....

- Comment with "Hit me!"
- I'll respond by asking you five questions so I can get to know you.
- Update your journal with the answers to the questions.
- Include this explanation in the post and offer to ask other people.

1. Men: Big and muscley or small and wiry?

Hmm. They both have their appeal. The one I married doesn't fit into either, so I can't use him as a guidestick. If it comes down to archetypes, Thor or Peter Parker...? Still can't decide. Either. It's not the main part of what attracts me to someone, anyway.

2. In the Guinness Book of World Records, what would YOU win for?

Frag if I know. Nothing. Too mediocre and average.

3. Do you think you have the guts to call Bayverse Megatron 'Vagina-face' as he's staring down at you? Or would you just think it and hope Soundwave didn't hear you?

Hahahahahaha.

NO. You go call him that, Caz! You and Mikaela, since Carly Does Not Exist [tm].

4. If you were a demolition derby driver, what kind of car would you want, and what music would you bash your opponents to?

Car...? Um, gonna have to take a pass on that one since I've no clue. Unless Topkick is a valid answer, and we all know why I'm chosing that one. As to music, rock and roll with a fast beat at a high volume.

5. Is there such a thing as a good movie remake? If so, which one(s)? If not, name the worst. Or both, i'm easy. lol

Hmm. I haven't seen the original Sabrina but the remake with Harrison Ford wasn't horrible unto itself. If I can think of others, I'll add them here later.

1) What's something you did that you wish you hadn't?
2) What's something you didn't do that you wish you had?
3) If you could wake up tomorrow at any place, any time on Earth, where would you choose?
4) If you could magically be transported back in time into the body of your younger self, would you choose to go through being a teenager again, knowing then what you know now?
5) What would be your biggest splurge if you won a million dollars (after taxes) in the lottery?

1) Last year my brother called me right before the start of summer classes to tell me the vet suggested we put down our dog who we've had for probably close to 15 years. That night I had bought a plan ticket going back to the east coast (as i'm on the west right now) that weekend and calling in to work and the school about a family emergency. The next day my brother calls again, having been keeping a close eye on our dog and said he wasn't going to be put down for a while and I decided, because the semester was just starting, not to go back home. A few month pass and our dog is put to sleep before I had the chance to go back and say goodbye to him. I intensely regret picking school over my dog.

2) I wasn't as good an NCO as I wish I was. I partly blame it on the fact that until the last few months of my enlistment, even being an NCO, I was still the lowest rank in my shop so when we finally got some PFCs in, I didn't think to look out for them. That's probably why I love writing military teams interacting so much- I project my own regret on not being nearly as awesome on them.

3) I'd say in the Great Barrier Reef scuba diving but that would be an awful, awful place to wake up in the middle of. So in some beautiful Australian coastal city.

4) Hmmmmm... nah. Even with knowing what I do now, I don't want to go through all that bullshit again.

5) Half of it (probably not even that much) I would keep to pay for things like a place to live where ever I get a job, a Wii and games and a big screen to play them on and for my dream vacations- Australia, Finland, whale watching cruises. The rest I would keep in an aside account to take care of my parents when they're older since my brother and I promised our mom we'd take care of her whenever (if ever) she retires.
