Writer's Block: The winning ticket

If I played the lottery, which I don't, and actually won a decent amount of money, my first purchase would be our house. I'd pay off the mortgage. After that would be maxing out both our Roth IRAs for the year. then I'd sit back, take stock, and stuff the rest of the money (assuming there was any left over) into CDs or savings accounts or god only knows what.
Because in matters of money, I tend toward semi-ruthless practicality.
