Jesus, how did it get to be past midnight? In any case, I fail at the word count for today, but I've rewritten more of chapter 19, smoothing out the Kitty-and-Owen scene and supporting Marin ending up crying in the bath. I have no idea where I'm going next, but fortunately I've got the next few scene prompts written down in my notebook in the other room. Which I will look at after about seven or eight hours of sleep.
