Barely in quota today, but in quota nonetheless. Have gotten through the California Missions part, and the shark attack at sunset part (cliche, but at least when writing it I did a fair bit of research and stacked the odds), the brief scene of Alain and Bastian at the university in which I think I started to set up Bastian's family as the ones who set off the whole kerfuffle about Max (Alain's cousin) and Owen (Alain's younger brother). Whether or how much Bastian will be involved, I don't know yet.
Have three members of the party together now and am leaving off on page 82 of 135 (please note how that latter number has been slowly but steadily increasing over the last few days as I have reread, edited, and added...). Next I get Dorothy, the Scarecrow, and the Tin Woodsman off to find the Cowardly Lion. Which is just setting my brain all kinds of wierd places because none of my characters really match up at all with those four.
