Stalled

Stalled on dress; waiting for fringe purchased off of eBay to arrive. Have taken a step on the personal project; waiting to hear back from other person. Stalled on writing; trying to figure out if I'm trying to fit too many ideas into the current work and if I should break them out into two separate stories. Still, some pictures to entertain y'all:

Being green girl, I've been experimenting with air-drying laundry. Quite pleased with the results.

Where did you find the portable drying rack? It looks awesome!

I've had it for years so I don't actually remember where I got it. I would guess either Target, K-Mart, or possibly the Container Store as its point of origin.

The trick is in timing the drying so that neither my sister or our neighbors happens to be around smoking at the time... if we can't do that, into the dryer it goes instead. :)

One of the attractions to the house when we bought it was the mature rhubarb plant in the back yard. The other was the still existing, still in use clothesline, which I have continued to use. I grew up with one and can't imagine not using one. I do have a dryer, but only use it when it's too cold for the line. So congratulations on being able to use one! Your clothes last longer, too, with air drying.

Your pickles and marmalade look wonderful. I'm glad that your dad liked the pickles - means they tasted the way he remembered, right?

And you're pretty. I'm jealous that you got to go to Comic Con! I've never been, and I would love to go some year. Sigh. Maybe in the future...
