sakon76...Just finished off one of the bundles of threads for the embroidery project. Well, when I say "finished off" I don't mean "ran out of thread" so much as "can't find any more symbols for these colors on the chart." Because by and large I tend to end up with thread left over, either because I'm an efficient stitcher or they deliberately include a plenty, possibly both. But in recounting everything, I've polished off fourteen out of forty-five thread colors. Which I'd normally say puts me just shy of a third done, but given that a few of the remaining colors have a lot of strands each, let's call it somewhere more like a quarter done, hmm?
Dinner tonight was grilled chicken breast (jerk sauce for me, Cajun seasonings for Wonderful Husband) with corn on the cob and ratatouille. The corn as well as the tomatoes and zucchini in the ratatouille came from my garden. ^_^ Good feeling, that. Less of good feeling is that I need to go there with the clippers either this weekend or Monday and do some cleaning up of dead leaves and such.....
For now, though, bed.
