Brekky: Swedish pancakes.

Dinner: Lasagna (marinara made from tomatoes from my garden), salad (lettuce and tomatoes from my garden), and triple lemon cheesecake.

Lemon marmalade chillin' on the stovetop for me to finish tomorrow. Sacred pickle recipe located.

Eh, sometimes I can cook. Not often, though. I just ended up getting into a groove this weekend. Tonight I make: lemon marmalade, pickles, peach ice cream, angel food cake (have all those egg whites left over from the eggs I used for lemon curd, after all), and dinner, which is some variation of chicken and ratatouille. I'll probably be out of this groove in a week or so given my usual short attention span.
