sakon76Last night: baked three batches of zucchini bread.
Tonight: made a gallon or so of salsa; made a double batch of lemon curd; made marinara sauce (from the tomatoes from my garden).
Tomorrow: lemon cheesecake, maybe pickles, maybe lemon marmalade, definitely lasagna, hopefully Swedish pancakes.
