Brain Knots

sakon76Wonderful Husband had to get up an hour early today to go to a work conference thing that started at the time we normally get up. This resulted in lots of disjointed sleep on, I suspect, both of our parts, and I'll probably be paying for it later today....
At the moment, though, I'm wide awake and my brain is going "Garden!" and trying to figure out what variety of corn I want to grow, where to put the eight tomatoes (because I've decided screw it, I may just transplant them all), the six jalepenos and the three bell peppers. Plus whatever else I want to put in. My rational side, meanwhile, is saying "Whoa, hold your horses. Have to loosen up the soil first and put in some compost and that box of organic fertilizer since I have it and let's not forget about building five trellises first..."
Watching my brain argue with itself is sometimes fun.
