Well, there was a three-and-a-half-hour nap this afternoon, which was nearly as disturbed as my rest last night, and composed of a series of three nearly-linear dreams, the culmination of which was me (as my viewpoint character) becoming the new King of the Fae and going to war with the people who had driven my family from our homes.

Then there was the fever going on a roller coaster ride. The highest I measured it at was 100.7, but Wonderful Husband says that's after I'd already cooled down a bit. Currently it's at 99.2 degrees. My norm is 98.6....

Have been achy and headachy most of the day. Finished the new chemise, but didn't get anything done toward the corset part of the plans.

Downloaded and watched the newest Transformers: Animated episode, and was wowed by it. I'm really hoping they pay out on what they put into this episode. This BlackArachnia is definitely a fitting homage to the original, down to her love of history, and I hope she makes the same (eventual) choices. (All the same... planet of Shelobs. Ick. No thanks.)

Just as a note from your nurse... Tylenol works wonders on fevers... :) 650mg every 4-6 hours.

aspirin won't do anything for a fever... headache... yes, fever... no. Tylenol or Motrin/Advil for fever.

Quote wikipedia: Aspirin, or acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), (acetosal) is a salicylate drug often used as an analgesic (to relieve minor aches and pains), antipyretic (to reduce fever), and as an anti-inflammatory.

First of all, I wouldn't trust wikipedia with medications especially... and secondly, please not that it says 'often used'... doesn't mean that it's effective... And trust me that tylenol or motrin work a lot better for reducing fevers anyway.
