Ooh, shiny!

It's probably human nature to want to be going in a dozen different directions at once. Or at least my nature. I'm trying to buckle down on it at the moment. Brain is going "RenFaire RenFaire RenFaire!" but I'm forcing myself to pick up where I left off on the tray cover. At the moment I have the inner outline on four petals and the outer outline on ten nine petals and then it's done. I can finish it tomorrow if I buckle down. Well, dance class... Friday maybe. Then I can hopefully alternate on a simple costume and the half-finished shirt for Wonderful Husband that's on the sewing table. This is exactly why I've got so many WIPs, writing as well as craft: I get distracted by the new shiny idea.
