Finished chapter 2 last night. Go me. Read LXG novelization. Feeling the urge to drag out my textbooks... I know I've got "She" in there somewhere. Also feeling the urge to see if there aren't decent bilingual copies of the Manyoshu, the Kokinshu, and the Shin Kokinshu out in publication somewhere. I cannot for the life of me remember the "Katami" poem and I want it. (If not for this memento, there might be an hour when I did not think of you.)

Got woken by gardeners coming to mow lawn, whack weeds, etc. Most noisy. growl.
