sakon76Under reasons why Wonderful Husband is Wonderful: he opens the cookbook (The Joy of Cooking, for those interested) and says "Rice pudding!" I ask "Rice pudding?", never having had said food, and he nods and says "Rice pudding." And it ends up being made and it is yummy.
Last night was corned beef and cabbage; tonight is lasagna; tomorrow is roast chicken. And I baked a couple of apple pies and there is vanilla ice cream to go with the latter two meals. I don't know if cooking gives me energy and makes me feel good, or if it's more likely that I feel more like cooking when I have energy and feel good.
Still trying to decide about the baking class at Sur La Table later this month... to take or to wait....
