sakon76Got poked about next year's costumes. Adding them up and hoping to find a fifth person for AX group, hoping our fourth person doesn't flake (Mandi I'm not worried about, Kyri I am) I'll be making an ideal total of 9.5 costumes. Need to start NOW. Was going over design specs with fiance this morning while in bed. Pondering how to deal with metalwork (if I use thin sheet metal, will a dremel tool cut it?), planning which bits will be gold leather and which will be gold liquid lame (straps and buckles and collars oh my), considering changing angles of bodices (yes, it's pretty, but will it support my chest?) and trying to decide whether or not costume #9 (Devil Hunter Yohko) has been done as well as I can do it and should therefore be dropped or not. There were a couple Yohkos at Fanime, but my browser is reading the cosplay.com image gallery as all screwed up right now, so I can't put up links and ask for opinions.
Fiance and father have made me a new 'puter. Big monitor (does not fit into cubby on desk where old one did, wah!), much faster processor, theoretically works better all in all. Has stubbornly resisted upgrading to Windows XP so far, so am still operating under '98. Hopefully later today DVD software will be installed and then can watch video at my desk. ^^
