Rainy weather promotes creativity!

sakon76Took my Veteran's Day holiday on Friday and went to Disneyland with Wonderful Husband. Walked a lot (calves still hurt), got rained on during Fantasmic (yes it does rain in SoCal), went on all the rides we wanted except for the Matterhorn (down for maintenance), and started in on our Christmas shopping. Did more shopping yesterday and today, will hopefully polish most of it off later tonight.
Finished quilt #1 today. It's currently in the washer on cold/cold and I'm hoping the blood and the chalk markings come out. Will examine before it goes in the dryer, treat as necessary, and wash again if needs be. Am planning to sandwich, pin, and hopefully start quilting #2 later this evening.
Have written more on the current story, being inspired by what![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
sandpanther has been writing herself as well as the responses she's been making to the story as I've been giving it to her. Hopefully soon it will all actually become coherent....
