Sustaining the altitude

It makes me happy that this year I've been able to focus on not just /having/ a garden, but /maintaining/ that garden, an activity which usually defeats me. I'm feeling that at nearly thirty, this may be me finally showing some sign of maturity. The kitchen has remained clean for three days in a row now, and on my request Wonderful Husband vacuumed last night before my parents came over for dinner. Plus I got home (having stopped at the bookstore and the grocery store on the way home) and promptly put together a dinner which was all ready to serve at the same/expected time... maybe I'm just finally starting to get the hang of how to master domesticity.
