Bought HnG DVD set off of eBay about 22 days ago. Payment went promptly through on PayPal. Their shipping description says it should arrive in a week. It hasn't yet. So I finally e-mailed the seller asking when they shipped it. Their response: "We sent out for a long times..do you enquiry to your post office about that thanks" Grr. What am I supposed to do now? The seller has something like a 98.6% approval rating, so I doubt they're lying....

Oy... -_- That sounds not good. The post office does occasionally loose things. Did the parcel by any chance have insurance on it? If so, I'd start filing for it, myself.

Well, it was supposedly sent by registered airmail, so....

Asked at post office, they said they can't do anything and that the seller will have to track the package from his end. E-mailed him with that information. Let's see what happens.
