sakon76Whee. Took Japanese final yesterday. Only had two real problems on it. Could not remember the humble form of "miru" (to look), which is "haiken suru." Grr. The other was a "what does this refer to" question, which, talking with everyone else afterwards, none of us could remember what it referred to. Is sad--I've been taking classes with these people for years and I won't see most of them ever again. Akemi and I will likely end up taking 190 together next winter, but that's it.
Also had friends over last night. Made dinner--forty garlic chicken, steamed veggies, and experimental open-faced individual blackberry pies which each got a scoop of vanilla ice cream dumped on them. Making dinner tonight for parents as well. Have set up patio to be romantic-ish. Also made salsa last night.
