30 reps each on the row of weight machines, ten minutes on the upright bike, and fifteen minutes each on the elliptical trainer and the treadmill... though I skipped the treadmill today.
Hint for the shorts from someone who knows: get bike shorts or some sort of short that is close fitting around the leg. You don't want to show anyone your panties, right?
