draft, fit, cut, and sew the top of the dress
--in lining fabric too
ditto for the collar
buy, cut, and sew the ruffle
sew all of the above together
pleat in the two skirts
put the zipper in
sew a belt
add hooks and eyes by hand
thread loops to keep the belt in place
finish the bow
add snaps to bow and dress front so the bow is removeable for washing
figure out how to make the sparkly into the brooch. Probably need to buy jewelry findings and a backing... of some sort...
