Luckily, what was wrong with Lila was very minor so the lady at the sewing machine shop was able to fix it for me right then and there, no waiting, no charge. So I've been sewing corset boning channels all afternoon. And apparently, no, two inches of compression is not enough for me no matter what Drea Leeds' site claims. The corset is already made to take two inches off of me and I need at least three more, preferably four, for decent support. Fortunately this, too, is an easy fix.
