You'd think that in a marriage between a Briton and an American, our preferred choice of beverage would be a bit more of a hot topic, but other than teasing each other once in a while, it's not. He drinks British tea (Typhoo or Tetley's, hot with milk and sugar) and I drink either sun tea (Lipton's, cold and plain) or herbal tea (hot, plain). Admittedly it doesn't make for a lot of room in the cupboard, but so long as we both go away happy, cupboard space is a happy compromise.
