One of the new anime series in Japan is called "Speed Grapher." It's apparently about photojournalism, among other things. While I was looking at sites to decide if I wanted to download the first episode or not, I noticed the OP.

Duran Duran's "Girls on Film."

Going to work now, more than vaugely amused. ^_^

The OP WORKS, strange as it was to watch the first time. (And whoever thought up Speed Grapher took some inspiration from Kubrick's 'Eyes Wide Shut'.) It's a very interesting show so far, with excellent animation and directing, though you're not going to be showing it to anyone under the age of 18 ^^V

What's even more amusing is someone on my Friends list told me that Duran Duran is showing an animated clip of themselves as anime bishounen fighting ninjas at their concerts now.
