Going to bed an hour early seems to have a salutory effect on me. I can wake up with the alarm (instead of stubbornly resisting it for a half hour), get dressed, and make breakfast and lunches for the both of us. Unfortunately this positive change does not seem to work on my Wonderful Husband. :(
