sakon76Last night I went on a run to a fabric store ~45 minutes away to get almost, but not quite, enough fabric to finish the bridesmaid dresses for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
hoshikage's wedding. Expect grumbling about these dresses and their progress to be a good portion of my journalling for the next month and a half. Did I mention eight layers of skirt each, four of which need hemming? Times four dresses? Plus sleeves and drapes and TIME CRUNCH. No stress, really. At least after that I'm done with wedding stuffs and can "relax," working on costumes.
I got a call from the restaurant I used to work at. They want to hire me back. It only took a month and a half... not sure what that means relevant to my indispensibility level. Unfortunately, in nearly three years there I didn't even get a $.10/hour raise, so I'm pretty sure they're not going to be matching what I make now, which is twice what I made there.
(Wonderful Husband gave me roses and a box of chocolates for our anniversary. Said anniversary is conveniently placed to take advantage of Valentine's Day mechandise. ^^ I gave him a single Hershey's Kiss. Mind you, it's 3-4 inches high and *solid* chocolate... if all else fails, he can use it as a projectile weapon and smite his enemies with chocolate.)
