Yesterday it was over a hundred here (yeah, yeah, I know it's hotter in Stockton, elenisiliel). Too hot. Hid inside most of the day, had trouble sleeping at night. Did go and exchange a duplicate DVD, though, and Wonderful Husband and I watched the second disc of Kino's Journey.

Today we went to Ikea and purchased yet another bookcase (three so far!) as well as a set of Gorm shelving to assemble to hold sewing stuffs and other stuffs. We are no longer gormless. :)

Have two days off this week. Happy. Especially since one is Wednesday, which means we can go swing dancing. Also had a brief phone interview this morning for a job and will have a full interview on the 16th. Please let me get this job....

It wasn't that hot here yesterday... think it only got up to 96 or so in my area... but today is supposed to top 100... :-P

Gah, it's been awful up here. Not sure what it is in Farenheit, but it was 31 C. (Okay, I'm a wimp. I think that summers should be around 54F.)

Was Ikea weekend. I ventured into the scary pit of evil as well. racerxmachina confirmed that Ikea up here are scarier than down there. (Well, at least the parking lots are; that sort of sets the tone for the whole adventure.)

Yay time off, and YAY job interview. Best of luck on that!
