Toku Slash
Jul. 19th, 2010 10:37 amI've started watching Kamen Rider W. This is, actually, all
hoshikage's fault. Which is not really a change.
So, four episodes in I'm still trying to decide if it's slashy or not. Oh, I can see where it could be... but ATM I'm getting "platonic slash" vibes from it, if that even makes any sense. (I'm also thinking that Philip occasionally gives Mirai a run for it in the "cute blond-ness" category.)
This led to a conversation last night wherein I ranked W as third slashiest of the toku shows I've seen (Moebius, Kuuga, W, Agito; in that order). Wonderful Husband actually disagreed with me, saying that Kuuga was slashier than Moebius. I love that we have discussions like that and can both actually support our arguments. (For reference, Agito? Is not very slashy at all. No matter how cute Hikawa's actor is.)
