*buzzbuzzbuzz* goes the busy bee

Woke up before the alarm today, turned it off, and snuck out of bed to go to the farmers' market with my mother. Got some fruit, some veg, and some kettle korn, which I've not had in a long time. Also ended up with a bottle each of sparkling blueberry juice and sparkling pomengranate juice from when we stopped in at the local Trader Joe's. Came home, discovered the kitchen beneath all the dishes-to-be-washed. Went over to the bank, set up a joint savings account and discussed slightly higher interest options which we'll decide on this week. Came back, tidied the linen closet and folded away the first of four loads of laundry. Have started cleaning up the floor by my side of the bed, which at the moment is involving lots of ironing. Hopefully the house will actually reach "clean" status today so I can sew and maybe write tomorrow.

Anyone care to explain why my weekends are so much busier than the days I actually, y'know, go to work?
