Jul. 9th, 2004 05:30 pmWonderful Husband cleaned most of the house the other day and vacuumed. (And had to de-hair/string/thread the roller brush on the vacuum cleaner, breaking the metal part of one of my seam rippers in the process.) We thought that would clean things up for him, but it turns out his coughing and stuffed nose are due to a summer head cold rather than asthmatic reaction. I've made a batch of salsa (which he won't touch with a yardstick because I like it HOT!) to ward myself against a similar infection.
Today I've cleaned up the workroom a good bit, though not all the way, RSVP'd to a shower invite (alas, I cannot attend) and worked my way through all the stuff on my desk. *eyes pile of bill-looking things with trepidation* My tomato plants are also beginning to bear their fruit. Specifically the Roma and Yellow Plum varieties. I'd not known before that Romas were so small. I've also sent people files, edited and posted pictures to my gallery, purchased printer paper and sheet protectors (for photographs, artwork, etc.), finished reading Angel on the Square, done up three vases of roses, and made sun tea. I feel productive. Now to start in on the flower girl's dress for Tara's wedding next month....
