darthsatyr's suggestion and counterbalanced my armor using duct tape and ten pennies. Hopefully my scale readings are actually correct and I won't suffer from armor going backwards or forwards.
Pondering the fact that the cardgirl costume feels like it needs something at the neck, a choker or ribbon or something, even though that's clearly not from the originals. Then again, we've added fingerless lacy gloves, so who knows. Will depend on whether or not I have white ribbon, I suppose. Will find out when I go diving through storage again on Sunday. Will snag my box-o-ribbons then as well as (hopefully) my Sumomo outfit to wear at Fanime.
