Spent this morning diddling with costume minutae: hemming the skirt for Three of Hearts and similarly putting snaps in her purse so I can actually close it and not have to worry about, say, idle hands reaching in and taking my wallet. I've got one of the hearts for her shoes finished and since I have the closing shift at work tonight, I'll do the other then. I added small gold bell-ish things to Fuu's headdress, but unfortunately only had enough for two of the scarves, not all four. It's a trifle back-heavier at the moment than it was. When I manage to get more of the jinglies, it'll balance out. Need to get out the scale and weigh her armor to figure out how many pennies I need to tape onto the backside of the back plate. But mostly I'm hoping to get started on the trim for Mandi's costume today. Because I'm sick of thinking about bodices and under-bodices and skirts for the moment, so I need a working break. And trim is brainless.
