Apr. 2nd, 2004 04:13 pmWell, my sister has now moved out, leaving this morning with her two cats (tranquelized but still meowing) to head for her new job and new apartment in Stockton. Wonderful Husband and I are planning to turn her room into workroom (computers/sewing) cum guest room (futon sofa). We have more-or-less decided, though, that before we can do things like, say, buy a desk from Ikea, we need to redecorate the room. It hasn't been redone (neither has our bedroom, but that wallpaper's less obtrusive) since the family moved in here, several years ago. Anyone know how exactly one strips wallpaper? Or from where one may rent a steamer?
I watched the first episode of Yami to Boushi to Hon no Tabibito this morning. Wonderful Husband says I should give it more than one episode before deciding I don't like it, but, well, I don't. Neither characters nor plot nor costume caught my interest. Though the Kero-chan-like-bird-thingy was moderately amusing. But still, if a show doesn't hook me in the first episode, it's not likely to.
More on Hellboy (which we saw this afternoon) when I get back from work.
