sakon76Just browsed through Fanime's site (and hmm, need to discuss with Char re: hotel rooms) and discovered Ikuhara is going to be a GoH.
...Ikuhara scares me. Not quite in the same way as black widow spiders, but very definitely in the same way that Shoujo Kakumei Utena as well as Neo Genesis Evangelion scare me.
Me, I will be staying safely hidden in ConOps as willing slave to my friends, possibly *not* wearing Three of Hearts around the con now that I know certain things.... Must get started on BT, though. And new gown for SCA events next weekend and the weekend after.
Interesting thing I saw earlier this week, on the way back from Dance Guild. At the 5/55 interchange, a car on fire. This is vaugely worrisome because it's the second car I've seen on fire in that location in the past six months. Maybe there's a curse there that causes cars to spontaneously combust at night?
Made salsa yesterday. Dubbed it the "bitch devil batch." The Muse was amused. She seemed to think it was some kind of compliment to her.
My grandmother fell on the kitchen floor last night. Judging by the evidence (position of rug, herself, and the walker) she must've slipped on the throw rug just as I was coming in the driveway. She was lucid, though, didn't seem to be injured or bruised, and also did not seem to have hit her head. The throw rug, however, has been removed.
Mwan. Still hungry. Off to class, and then home [food!].
