Why is it that the native SoCal person, despite having put on sunscreen, is the only one to get sunburnt when accompanying three Brits to Disneyland?

I am perplexed.

Fortunately it's a light burn and mostly gone already (yay for aspirin and aloe vera gel). Fun was had. Annual Passports were acquired for Wonderful Fiance and self.

Reflected glare from all the Brits. Like how you can get sunburned and snowblind if you don't take precautions skiing.
