Whee! Friends picked up at airport, dinner w/ parents, most of DJ stuff done except for entrance music and spacing of bouquet toss/garter throw/cake cutting and entrance music. Fiance just about died laughing when I suggested The Imperial March from Star Wars to him for the last. Then he realized it was one of the DJ service's recommendations. Along with the 20th Century Fox Fanfare. The "the audience is now deaf^H^H^H^Hlistening" music from THX was his thought. :)

Veil all done until best friend gets here. Dress will be massively worked on in the morning. And hopefully a haircut will occur as well.

I've heard of a *lot* of people using the Star Wars music for their weddings. I'd say go for it. It's a refreshing change from the cliche wedding marches.

Actually, we ended up picking Bolero, by Ravel. The DJ seemed to think it novel yet clever and fitting.

I have chain, pearls, crystal beads, and feathers for your clip all set and ready. The only thing holding me up is deciding *what* designs should go on the fans - my design books don't have anything really satisfactory. But Mark has offered to take me to Uwajimaya tonight, and perhaps there I can find some nice ornamental paper to use or something. I can scan the current design sketch if you want, though.

My haircut happens tomorrow. ;)

My sister really wanted to have the Award Ceremony Music from ANH for the entrance to her reception, but alas, some other people with less imagination shot it down. I think you should go for it if it's something you want!
