What sort of music? Classical? Chopin and Rachmaninof wrote a lot of waltzes if you don't want to go with Strauss.
Contemporary? Dang, can't think of any off the top of my head. Most of the romantic songs I know are in 2/4 time. I remember we had this problem when doing the ballroom scene from "Labyrinth" -- Sarah and Jareth are supposed to be waltzing, but the song was in 2/4 so we had to rhumba instead.
Japanese? The opening theme to "Escaflowne" is a waltz, though it's a fast one, and...what's the name of that song? "Ai Hitomi", I think, is slower. Also the end theme to "Spirited Away" is in waltz time (it's actually closer to minuet tempo, but you can definitely waltz to it).
