Windy, windy weather...

sakon76It's so nice to be able to finish a costume in a day. Well, almost a day. I'm sitting here doing the seam finishes on the arm holes at the moment, and my sister will be coming over later to help me pin up the hem, but then it'll be done. And I now know how to make piping. ^^
I have discovered another use for the SCA, aside from getting extra mileage out of the Ovelia costume. It allows one to tempt the rare and elusive Cyn-chan out of hiding and up into Orange County. I do hope the wind stops blowing in time for Pentathalon, however. UCI is full of eucalyptus trees, and in a high wind it's my opinion they should be called "widow-makers."
