Author: Kathryn Wesley
Length: 479 pages
This is, indeed, the novelization of The 10th Kingdom, a very good TV miniseries from fifteen years ago. Good enough that the DVD is on our shelves. However, I haven't rewatched it in a while. So reading the book in places was familiar, but kept me guessing.
As a novel, it's pretty well-written and flows nicely. It reads like a book rather than a hastily-adapted-from-TV-screenplay-novelization.
It reminded me of why I love fairy tales. Of their power. And I cried toward the end. So.
Verdict: Highly Recommended.
